Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can throw curve balls. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 72 hours' notice in order to issue a refund. We'll always do our best to reschedule your service, but when that's not possible, we'll get you a refund. Please keep in mind that our payment provider charges a fee of 2.9% of the service amount + $1 for all transactions, which we'll need to retain in all refund situations, and the rest goes back to you. For cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice, we'll issue a credit that you can use at a later date. This credit doesn't expire and can even be transferred to someone else if you wish. We strive to be reasonable and fair, and in most cases, a common solution can be found with proper communication and understanding. We operate under the basic principles of fairness, integrity, and good deeds. To cancel or reschedule a service, please text (778)-877-2201 or email hello@landladylandscaping.com

We acknowledge that we do business and live on the traditional, ancestral and unceded (and therefore stolen) territory of the Coast Salish peoples: Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) Stó:lō and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations.
We mainly do business on the territories of the S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō) people. We are also located on the land with traditional use by the Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla tribes. We are grateful to and respect all Indigenous people past, present, and emerging. Though not easy, we strive to acknowledge the privileges we (the owner) hold as a fourth generation white settler. It is our responsibility to listen, learn, and take action alongside Indigenous people as we uphold the vision of a better, more equal, and understanding local community. If you want to learn more about the traditional territories, we love this easy to use website with up-to-date maps: https://native-land.ca/ Please let us know if you have any corrections or improvements we can make in our business practices, and to this acknowledgement.
