How it all started
Step into the world of Danielle Maria Denis, the heart behind Oasis Garden Care, who, with her hands in the soil and a passion for helping others, gave birth to a remarkable idea.
Picture a woman, with a failed career in architecture, finding herself knee-deep in weeds while working for a small gardening company. Contemplating the next chapter of her life, a neighbour pops their head over the fence one day, seeking help with their own messy garden. Like many great ideas, Danielle's light-bulb moment happened in the garden: homeowners needed an easy way to book a garden service. So she set off to create the solution. In 2021, Danielle bought a used pick-up truck and posted ads on Craigslist for garden help. Slowly, word started getting around, and with a sprinkle of entrepreneurial magic, Landlady Landscaping was born. The humble beginnings of a website were developed by Danielle, and once the online booking feature became available, things started to take off. Fast forward to 2024, and the transformation continues, now as Oasis Garden Care—a name paying homage to the iconic Oasis Car Wash in North Vancouver, an inspiring tale of entrepreneurship that started "with just a bucket and a hose" in 1967.

I booked a 1h30 session online to try. Danielle came right in time, two days after, and did an amazing job. We are truly happy. She listens to your needs, is very professional and gave us good advice. The online booking is well done and comments were very helpful for us as just move in North Van and didn't have any contact.
